8 Things Full Time Mom Feels

As a woman enter her marriage, her surname changes as well as her career. Here are the things that full time mom feels.

1. Yes! No more bad day in office!
No more stress from work. No more overtime. No more traffic from home-office-home everyday routine. No more bad interaction with some managers or officemates.

2. Precious moments with children.
When a mom (dad also) goes to work and leave her child at home with a nanny, the mom really is about to cry inside for some unexplained reasons. So the opportunity to stay with their child for a whole day is such a precious time for moms.

 3. Oh no, my husband is asking where does the money go?!
It is not easy to have single financial support unlike when both parents are working. Filipino's family bond is really something that's why, if you are the breadwinner of the family and you enter marriage, the problem is, the help that you could give to your family (your parents and siblings) became limited.

4. I miss those "pig out" time with my office friends!
Yes, it is true. You won't be able to go out whenever you want freely. You always need to consider how you will carry your child plus the budget since you are not working anymore.

5. I miss wearing my dress and my make up.
Since you're just inside your house taking care of your child, the tendency is you will wear whatever comfortable clothes you have. You don't need to wear cute skirt while washing the dishes! There's no need to wear make up while cooking!

6. Humility
Since you jobless and the people see that you depend with your husband, some people think you married a rich man.

7. I can't buy what I want
Sometimes, you will miss those paydays wherein you go shopping and buy at least 1 pair of clothes per payday. You will also miss those banapple cakes. You are not financially free.

8. They can, why we can't?
You observe that other families with only one financial source (let's say the husband is the only person with job) can survive. So you come to think why they can and why we can't? I realize that they can but some have debt.
